Refunds may be considered for paid services provided by Microshellus LLC under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery: Payment was made for a specific service that was verifiably not delivered or performed.
  • Unresolved Issue: Our team was unable to resolve the clearly documented technical issue for which the service was purchased.
  • Service Misrepresentation: The scope or nature of the service was materially misrepresented prior to payment.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date the paid service was completed. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team and provide sufficient information to verify the request.

  • Include a clear explanation for the refund request
  • Attach relevant documentation such as invoices or receipts

4. Refund Review & Processing

  • Assessment: Each request is reviewed using service logs, records, and communications.
  • Approval & Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Denial: If a request is denied, a written explanation will be provided based on this policy or applicable service terms.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products, downloadable files, or pre-configured assets
  • Services already completed successfully as agreed
  • Subsequent services delivered after a refund has been issued
  • Services terminated due to policy violations or misuse
  • Requests based solely on change of mind after resolution

Microshellus LLC provides paid third-party technology and digital services independently. Refund eligibility is determined based on service scope, delivery records, and this Refund Policy. This policy does not override contractual agreements, terms of service, or applicable laws.
