2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days
from the date the paid service was completed. Requests submitted
after this period may not be eligible for review.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must contact our support team
and provide sufficient information to verify the request.

takes 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products, downloadable files, or pre-configured assets
- Services already completed successfully as agreed
- Subsequent services delivered after a refund has been issued
- Services terminated due to policy violations or misuse
- Requests based solely on change of mind after resolution
Microshellus LLC provides paid third-party technology and
digital services independently. Refund eligibility is determined
based on service scope, delivery records, and this Refund Policy.
This policy does not override contractual agreements, terms of
service, or applicable laws.
